Uber Drivers Are Not Employees Under Federal Law, Judge Rules

The feds have officially ruled that uber drivers are independent, not employees and as such do not have workers' compensation cover.  Something tells me this will not be the last position on this matter. .https://www.insurancejournal.com/news/national/2018/04/13/486389.htm
