Oklahoma 14.6% Work Comp Loss Cost Rate Cut for 2014

Pursuant to legislation passed in OK in May of this year that allows businesses to opt out of WC coverage by providing an alternative plan that provides the same benefits as comp, the NCCI recommended a 14.6% rate decrease in the state, which was approved by OK state DOI:
